Hi from California

I just thought I'd post this information for those of you who haven't heard yet.
The kids and I are in California for a while. I'm 2 months pregnant and I'm too sick to take care of the kids, let alone myself. Unfortunately my allergy therapy did absolutely nothing and here I am, pregnant again and just wanting to be put out of my misery. This time is definitely the hardest.
We miss Adam, but I think that everyone is better off where we are. We have been so blessed to be able to have the help and I pray everyday for my parents to have the strength to take care of my kids - because these kids sure do have a lot of energy. :)
If you're somewhere near Adam, stop by and say hi or give him a call - I want him to have all of the support he can get! Thanks -

Congratulations! Although...I am so sorry that you are sick. I was sick with both Noah and Leah, so I can sympathize. I am glad that you have your family to help you through these first months. Keep us updated :).

WHAT?!? Why haven't I heard about any of this yet? Sheesh - my Mom needs to be a better gossip:)

I'm really sorry that you've got it so tough! I was really hoping the allergy therapy would have helped for next time. Hang in there, babe! Call me if you need to vent - I've been there a couple of times:)

Hang in there! Hopefully you'll start feeling better before too long. I know, "better" is all relative when you're pregnant! (and congrats again! ;))

I'm sorry to hear this is the worst yet, that's pretty bad coming from you! I'm sorry your allergy therapy didn't work- and I hope it's helping to be in the warmth of the California sun and with your parents. I'll send Eric over to Adam sometime soon. I still think you're amazing- and if there's anything I can do- just let me know!

Wow Amy! I'm excited for your pregnancy, but sad you are feeling so crummy! Aren't parents wonderful? I'm glad they can help you out. My pregnancy sickness got worse with each kiddo as well. Hang in there cute girl!
p.s. Is allergy therapy different then allergy shots? (I get the shots.)

My due date is about October 4th, which should be interesting since Henry's birthday is Sept. 29th and our anniversary is the 30th.
I did allergy therapy through a natural-pathic doctor and so there were no shots involved. They had said that I was allergic to progesterone and so they said that by curing that allergy there was a chance that I might not get as sick for my next pregnancy...
Oh well...!
Thanks everyone!

Congrats on the pregnancy, Amy! You guys make cute kiddos, so it's a good thing you decided to have more! I'm sorry you're so sick. That's nice that your parents could help you guys out like that. Are you usually sick your whole pregnancy, or just the first couple of months?

Thanks again, everyone - I'm enjoying all of your words of encouragement.
With Henry I stopped throwing up at 18 weeks and with Ella it was 15 weeks...so we'll see what happens with this one. I'm almost 11 weeks and I'm hoping that the 3 week trend continues because then I would only have 1 more week, right??
