Okay, so I know I'm a little behind on all of this, but I just read Twilight and I really COULD NOT STOP READING IT. And when I wasn't reading it, I was thinking about it. And now that I'm done reading it, I want to read it again, but this time hopefully with a slower pace.
I absolutely love it. And last night we watched a movie and there was a sneak peak for it before the movie and I CANNOT wait to see the movie! I hope it's just like the book and that they don't change it much. Check out the clip - it seems like it will be similar.

I want to read the next book in the series, but I don't want to stop all life around me again to do it and so I need to wait and cool down for a little bit... :)
Did anyone else have this kind of obsession with this book?

haha! welcome to the dark side, yeah your late but there's always room for more! you better read the other two before the last one comes out in august!
I almost dropped the second book off to you last night. Let me know when and if you still want to borrow it (and I assume the 3rd will be quick to follow!) Troy hates it when I get so involved in books. It's a good thing he works nights so I can stay up super late to read!!
I love these books!!! Sarah got me hooked on them, and I didn't believe her at first when she was telling me how good these vampire books are! I love them and can't wait for the forth book OR the movie!
Oh boy...I am WAY obsessed with these books and have been since last year! It's bad! These books really suck you in and don't let you go! I am SO excited for Breaking Dawn to come out...only 8 more days...yay!! Yes, the movie looks amazing too...Elizabeth, Steff, and I are way excited for the movie to come out! We will definitely be in line to get tickets on opening day!!!
Yeah...I read all three - less than a day a piece. Luckily they're a quick read...and there are only 3 (for now), so its not TOO much of your life, haha! If you want a good laugh about it, though - look at this blog - its written by a guy I used to work with at BYU and a couple months ago, he wrote some pretty funny posts about Twilight. He's starting a new set of them before the new book comes out: mormonhusbands.blogspot.com
Loved the book! Can't wait for the MOVIE! (Patrick even liked it)
Sam and I are headed to San Luis for a soccer tournament next Friday. So... I need your mom's floor! To sleep on...Let her know I might call her. XOXOXo
I think I am going to be sick. I can just picture you all dressed up as characters from the book while you wait in line at midnight for tickets to the first showing of the movie.
Amy,
I just re-read all three in prep for book 4 this week. The second time around hasn't been so life encompassing for me, but they definitely were the first time! They are fun reads, S.M. can sure tell a good story. It might sound pathetic, but I went to Stephenie Meyer's book signing for The Host and waited around for 3 hours to get my books signed. There were a bunch of us from our ward there so it was actually really fun.
What book?
Dad Clark
I can't get into the book at all. I have tried at least 3 times since everyone says it's so awesome. When does it get good. I've read the first few pages quite a few times and just can't connect with it.
I wish I knew what to tell you to get you into it, Michelle! Just read the first chapter and then decide if you can stomach the rest! Maybe by then you'll be hooked. Maybe?
